| The
Streckfuss model E080 selective soldering system is an in-line process
that offers maximum flexibility through the use of a two-axis conveyor
system that eliminates the need for board holders, stencils or masks.
SMEMA or HS-180 compatible, the system can be easily integrated with
existing surface mount lines. The system user interface is via a
personal computer running the system software under Windows 2000. The
Streckfuss software displays both set points and actual values for all
controllable parameters. Programming is step & teach via a joystick and
a two camera vision system. |

Selectio selective soldering system provides an off-line process
especially suited for low volume, high mix applications. It’s design
offers maximum flexibility through the use of an x-y-z axis conveyor
system that eliminates the need for board holders, stencils or masks.
The operator interface uses a personal computer running the system
software under Windows 2000. The graphics-based software displays both
set points and actual values for all controllable parameters.
Programming is step & teach via a joystick controller and a 3 camera
