The VAPORO Vapor Phase Soldering System
VAPORO - a programmable vapor phase soldering system for prototype and low volume applications. VAPORO - can solder difficult assemblies including PCB’s with large BGA’s without the risk of overheating or damaging components. VAPORO - has a single, closed, polished-steel, easy-to-clean processing chamber. VAPORO - has easy, touch-screen programming and storage of up to 99 soldering profiles. VAPORO - cooling is from an external water supply or an optional closed-loop, water-cooling system. VAPORO - monitors the temperature of the vapor phase and the outer wall of the machine. VAPORO - has temperature monitoring systems to show the current processing status. VAPORO - uses solvents with a range of boiling points up to 270°C with a solvent amount of only 5 kg
