Schneidmeister 9

Cutting machine with material feed opening up to 15 mm in diameter or 40mm in width. Belt drive by means of stepping motor, cutting length is measured electronically, pneumatic cutting

Wire Processing - Cut and Strip Systems^

Isomat 12/360 or 20/360 PC
Machine for cutting and stripping of wires up to 12 or 20 mm in diameter. Stripping length up to 360mm total in one operation. It is possible to strip the right end theoretically infinite. Input of data for the working operation by means of keyboard, also for inkjet printer. Blades and guides can be fixed by being stuck.

Isomat 12/180

Machine for cutting and stripping of wires up to 12 mm in diameter. Stripping length up to 180 mm total for both cable ends. Input of data for the working operation by means of keyboard. Blades and guides can be fixed by being stuck.

Maximat 20
Machine for cutting and stripping of wires up to 20 mm in diameter. Stripping length to the left 180 mm, to the right, theoretically infinite. Continuous control of blades and input of cutting and stripping length, quantity, speed and other data for the working operation by means of keyboard.

Isomat 20/360

Machine for cutting and stripping of wires up to 29 mm in diameter. Stripping length max 360 mm, to the right theoretically infinite. Continuous control of quantity, speed and other data for the working operation by means of keyboard.

Wire Processing - Accessories^

Trommelheber
The Reeler for cabledrums and bobbins up to a diameter of 1000 mm. Max weight 1000 Kg.

Vorschub 30/85
Material feed mechanism driven by belt for cable and strands up to a diameter of 30 mm and for ribbon cables up to a width of 85 mm. Large tractive force thus ensuring a high precision of lengths. Can be combined with machines mentioned in cable/wire cutting systems and cut and strip systems. 

WTM2
Ring winding device equipped with two driven winding drums. Can be combined with nearly all cutting machines.

Materialstapler
Longitudinal collecting unit in sizes of 2,3 and 5 meters. With/without intermediate collecting unit. Can be combined with machines mentioned in cable/wire cutting systems and cut and strip systems.

Wire Processing - Stripping and Dismantling Equipment^

Simplex S
Dismantling equipment for cables and strands up to 15 mm in diameter. Dismantling length up to 150 mm approx. 

Simplex 30
Dismantling equipment for cables and strands up to 30 mm in diameter. Dismantling length up to 150 mm approx. Blades slotted in.

Duplex D2
Dismantling equipment for multi-cored cable, for example 5x1.5 mm^2. Dismantling length up to 170 mm approx. Dismantling and stripping in one go.

Pneumatic machine for the stripping of cables up to 30 mm in diameter. Change of blades and guide sleeves without employing any tools. Types available with stripping lengths of 100, 300, 500, 1000, 1500 mm. Blade systems for special cable types, e.g. flat or rubber cables.

Simplex E (not shown) same as D2 but without strand stripping.

FA 406
Electric stripping machine for strands p to 10 mm in diameter. 
Stripping length up to 36 mm. 
Also available with twisting head.

FE 0400
Electric stripping machine for strands from 0.05 - 2.5 mm². 
Stripping length 1.5 to 10 mm. Can be adjusted for any stripping length and cross-section. Partial removal possible.
Special models:
